I'm having problems with Netflix. The app will not open and simply closes when clicked. Cannot get through to Virigin helpline. The level of support at the moment if very poor. I hope Virgin Technician sees this post and can help

Any change since your last post? I've been able to locate your account using your forum details and your box is currently showing as switched off, so I'm unable to go through any diagnostics.
