Netflix (on the TV) keeps freezing - sometimes we can get through a whole programme without it happening, but it usually freezes during every programme, sometimes two or three times an hour. There's a message about 'the title not being available at the moment', and it looks like a problem with connection to the servers. It is usually OK after a few minutes and can reload, but is incredibly annoying. Why does it keep happening and what can be done?
We had this problem turned out it was a signal problem, only found out after an engineer called and tested. It turns out our feed is furthest away from the junction box and the signal sent was not strong enough. Able to watch Netflix now after they boosted the signal.
