Netflix

We have an account with Netflix.  Until recently, we could access this on our television using Home>Apps&Games>MyFavouriteApps.  A few weeks ago that started bringing up a message to join Netflix and we couldn't proceed further by that route.  However, we were able to go to channel 204, press the red button ad enter Netflix that way.  Now that route doesn't work either.  We still have an active account with Netflix (can access it on a laptop, for example).  How do we access it on the television?

Hi what box do you have if a V6 how is it connected to your hub. Regards Micky

It's a V6 connected to the hub with an ethernet cable.

Thank you for coming back to me.  It's sorted now.  It seems that it had started recording something (someone must have inadvertently pressed a wrong button).  Now that recording is stopped we have access to Netflix again.  Sorry to have taken up your time.
