Netflix search function freeze

Hi

I'm having issues with using the Netflix app on both of my boxes, you enter into the search function on either tivo boxes and just completely freezes the app. I have tried my Netflix account on all my other devices and the search function is working perfectly normally,so I'm at a loss as to wot to do. The only solution that's working sort of is rebooting but that just unfreeze the app until you try and search again. Please help.
