Same as ever. Constant failure of Netflix, just stopping at 25% and telling me to check my internet connection. It is also doing it with iplayer now as well. No offer to sort out my upgrade to a V6 box from a TIVO. All making me think the only thing I really need is broadband. We find the firestick we were given for Christmas much more reliable. Why would I stay with Virgin to watch TV? It is expensive and you never seem to want sort problems (in this case 14 months on and I have moved forward not one jot!).
