Hi,

 

thanks - there are 3/4 different errors I see al relating to connectivity. I haven’t been noting them down.

They happen at all different times of the day and varying times of box being in stand by to having been on all day.

other apps like iPlayer and prime appear to work fine all of the time, but we rarely use them in comparison. I spoke to Netflix and they said 9/10 tivo problems are resolved by restarting the box, but it takes so long to boot up I end up doing something else. After a reboot it does work fine, so looks like it’s a TiVo issue, as I imagine Netflix would have corrected software issues in app, as all other interfaces work seamlessly.

What we would ask if if you could note down the errors when they appear so we can look into them. 

 

Would you be able to get this?

No worries:

 

tvq-st-103 and tv-st-105, normally together. And also sometimes tv-pm-100 (5.12.101) and tv-pm-100 (5.2.15), I believe the latter two are less frequent, but may be wrong.

 

it looks like the errors relate to connectivity and information stored on the TiVo box. Relating to opening of Netflix and trying to play a programme once in Netflix. They are effectively the same two errors just at different parts of the app.

We need a tech as the pre RS count and DVB SNR on the box are out of spec.

Thanks - you booked an engineer for. Today without confirmation, but that didn’t suit. Tomorrow after 3pm is fine. I am working from home and will not have meetings from 3pmmonwards.

To help others I’m also seeing NW-2-5 error now too, a new one.

Hi,

so the problems continue. I had a box replacement and I have new problems.

my channels load slowly, and my menus are slow, on demand won’t load, plus my apps now don’t load. This is new box, supposedly installed correctly too!! To add to this, my box isn’t reactive to my handset. The light flashes quickly as I press buttons, but my box controls don’t work at the same speed are the flashing light on the box.

add to this 6 settings were wrong since install almost a year ago. I feel like I have paid my fee in full and been getting a substandard service since installation.

please help. I don’t know what to do now, but this is not worth my subscription fee.
