I have just started using Netflix app. Every time I use it after about 10 minutes, the screen freezes.

How are you accessing Netflix?
Is this just on our V6 or Tivo box
How are you connecting the box up?
Does it happen on any other devices
Do you get an error code or dies it just freeze completely
i am accessing Netflix via the app, not via the channel number.
i don't gave any problems using Netflix on my iPad or iPhone.
it freezes whilst we are watching it. Then after a while it says that the application is currently not available.
as far as I know I am using TiVo, I don't know what V6 is
The Tivo box does tend to do this with Netflix from time to time
The V6 box is a lot better faster and works well with Apps
I can look at swapping the box over if you wish
The only downside it you will lose all recordings on the current box
Yes please can you arrange to change tonthe V6 box. We have very little on the current box anyway.
