Hoping someone can help. Our TiVo box keeps freezing after about 20mins of using Netflix. Works fine on the V6 box downstairs but repeatedly stops working on the TiVo. Comes up with error messages and despite rebooting everything nothing seems to work.
In normal circumstances I would ring through to virgin but don’t want to overburdened the call centre. As a nurse I really understand that this is a first world problem! If someone could give some advice on other things I could try I would really appreciate it.
