When watching Netflix on via the Tivo box it freezes regularly. On all other devices it works fine so only when watching it via the TV. I have rang Virgin Media about this but they were no help and directed me to the online forum.
Thanks for coming back to me. I've ran a background check and there is an issue with the network in your area causing this. I've lodged a work order on your account for them to be aware you're affected by it and they'll be working hard to resolve it asap.
Any hopes of a fix for this bug? It has been happening on my Tivo box for a while now. All the other 'on demand' services work OK. Restarting the box does not help. I am not alone, there is a topic in V6 Forum relating to the same issue
Hi Robertos42, sorry to hear this. this is not the experience we want you to have with us. Can you confirm how long this has been happening, when the a reboot was last done and if this happens on multiple boxes? ^Chris
I realised I needed to add some credit to my Netflix account in November as it it was approaching the renewal date but hadn't yet run out. I then decided to watch a film which did the freezing. I restarted the box with the same result. I deleted everything and reset, but this froze the box, so I ended up reinstalling the software. This speeded everything up and seemed to improve picture quality, did not solve the Netflix problem.
