Hi. Just subscribed to Netflix. Disaster! It freezes about every 45 mins and I have to turn everything off and reboot. No problem on laptop or smart tv in another room. Only when channeled through TiVo box.
Thanks for your post and reaching out to the community forums. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Netflix app on our TiVo. Can you clarify which TiVo do you have? You can find out which, here. Also this may depend on your box's connection to the network. Are is it connect via WIFI or Ethernet?
