My netflix and TiVo are dropping out constantly with the TiVo box. If I use an other device to watch it works fine so I think it’s a problem with the box.
I have tried contacting virgin on 150 numerous times and have yet to get through. Give up after being out on hold half an hour.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the Netflix app.
When the drop outs occur does the program stop or are you taken out the app as well?
Thanks for the reply. I got it sorted. They told me I needed a new v6 box. I got one and haven’t had any issues since.
