I have been trying to watch Netflix through the app on my virgin box. I never used to have any problems but in the last month when I am watching half way through something it will begin to freeze. The green light on my box starts to flash and it comes up with a notice of ‘we’re having trouble playing this title at the moment. Please try again later or select a different title’ I have to wait until the green dot stops flashing then it can work again. This is very frustrating as it is getting worse now it’s happening every 5 minutes which has resorted in me having to watch Netflix on my phone instead! Please can someone help?
