Netflix and iPlayer keeps buffering

When I go on to netflix and watch a film it can last 10 mins to 30 mins and it starts buffing at 25% ,also bbc iplayer keeps buffing and YouTube freezes , the TV channels all OK it's just the above is the problem

This is normal Samsung Tivo behaviour, try and get a v6 box its not got that issue
