I've had Virgin TV for years and have netflix and regularly watch on demand and don't have any issues. Recently whenever I watch either they play for 10 minutes and the crash saying 'We're having trouble playing this title at the moment. Please try later or select a different title'.
I don't have broadband and never have. I called customer services this morning I was told they had an error message but then go cut off, I then called back a second time to be told you can't watch Netflix or on demand without broadband, which seems odd as I've been watching both for years.
