Netflix and On Demand - crashes after 10 mins

I've had Virgin TV for years and have netflix and regularly watch on demand and don't have any issues.  Recently whenever I watch either they play for 10 minutes and the crash saying 'We're having trouble playing this title at the moment.  Please try later or select a different title'.

I don't have broadband and never have.  I called customer services this morning I was told they had an error message but then go cut off, I then called back a second time to be told you can't watch Netflix or on demand without broadband, which seems odd as I've been watching both for years.

Can you help?

Really sorry you're having some issues with your box and for the delay in us getting back to you. 

I've had a little look into this and I can see that since posting you have been able to speak to the team who have provided a new box as a resolution.
