Netflix Skipping Episodes

For the last few weeks, Netflix is skipping episodes.  For example, if I finish watching Episode 6 of a series, and turn off the TV, when I next select Continue Watching, it starts playing Episode 9 or 10, so I have to go to the episode list and try to remember which one I was watching, and select the next episode.

Are you selecting "continue watching" from within the Netflix app, or directly from the TiVo EPG/menu?

I select Continue Watching from within the Netflix app.  I click on the picture where i says "Continue Watching for ..."

You asked if I am having this trouble watching Netflix on any other devices - but I haven't watched it on any other devices lately so I don't know.  However I have got 4 TVs in my house, and it happens on all of them

Can you please check the Netflix app on other devices so we can rule out if its the connection or if its the box

This happens on all my TVs in the house, so is not a connection issue.  Everything else seems to work fine - I can get Netflix, but it is just the problem I have with it skipping episodes when I go back to it after a day or so, and click on "continue watching" - instead of picking up where I left off, it jumps a few episodes

Thanks for your reply, 

Are there more than one user using your Netflix account in your home?

It sounds like a Netflix issue rather than a tivo unless you do not get the error on other devices

Yes, there are 5 users, but the other users are not using it through Virgin, only me, and only I am having this problem!
