Yes, constantly having the same issue, is it Netflix problem with too many customers or a Virgin wifi problem. None of the other wifi channels (BBC red , ITV) etc have the same problem so I assume it is Netflix, not Virgin, but how do I resolve it???
This is an interesting one as I don't have a box. I use virgin broadband and their superhub to provide wireless internet for a good smart TV. I have all the same problems as everyone else with boxes, i.e suffering with constant 25% cutout on Netflix, solved only by turning the tv off, turning on again, switching to Netflix and logging in, selecting continue to watch, only to get the same buffering after 5 minutes or more. It almost seems that someone else is on the wifi frequency, and when I choose Netflix it cuts them off, they go through same procedure and cut me off and so on..... Nothing to do with any boxes but Virgin provide the wifi and therefore the channel (set to auto) that I use. Has anyone any thoughts as it sems to be either a Netflix or virgin problem, but i can't discover which.
