I'm sorry you're also having issues with Netflix, and I know you'd like to get this fixed.
Can you confirm if you're using a V6 box or TiVo please?
Do you have any problems with your broadband?
Why have virgin not serted this out yet. I still have the issue and have found no way round it. Sometimes it just stated there are issues and you can't watch.
All I do is use my TV to watch Netflix, but you would think a company of this size would have corrected this issue by now.
If it doesn't work, just remove the channel and take the flack for it, or fix it.
