Neflix and on demand freezing saying connection problems

when watching these the connection keeps dropping out and the green network light just starts flashing! everything was fine until I had to have a replacement Tivo installed, I did notice however that the enginneer did not replace rthe attenunator that was origonally fitted, getting frustrating

Netflix and on demand connect via the internet and not via cable I believe.  Chances are you have a poorer WiFi signal where that box is located?

Theres not a seperate internet connection it has got its own dedicated internet that comes down the cable.(it's Tivo not a V6 box)

Thanks for your post, and sorry to hear you've been having a few issues with the On Demand services.

 

I've run a health check and it's detected a short term period of Network Instability. 

 

If you can please monitor your connection over the next couple of days and let me know if this improves?
