How on earth do you get through to VM to order a replacement remote control for a Tivo box? I`m totally frustrated as can not get to speak to anyone or get any sense out of the help items. My remote does NOT work. It is broken. I need a new one. Help!
A silly question, but have you tried new batteries?
To order a replacement temote you need the TV Faults option when dialling 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111,options 1,1 and 2, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues
You could also try the text messaging service. Just send a text with a description of new remote to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
For now you could download the TV Control app and use that until you receive a replacement remote
Eureka ... took time off work to try the 8am call and finally got through to a real person. Replacement on its way in 7-10 days so still awkward as the app doesn`t work well for me, but at least a result!!
