Need an engineer visit.

We're having pixellation issues with the picture. It's definitely caused by the old, worn out cable outlet which is practically hanging off, and should really have been changed when Virgin did their installation. Unplugging the cable and re-plugging it in partially plugs the problem, but it's not a long term fix.
