Looks like the same problem as I had about 18 months ago , I have sent a private message to the guy Gareth_L who arranged an engineer to visit me last time after I was without service for a very long period of time , hopefully they can fix it a lot quicker this time . Please send an enginner asap 🙂
In what way is your TiVo TV service "down"? If you explain the symptoms, we may be able to help you - otherwise one of the VM staff members on here should be along in a couple of days to assist.
You can check for area faults using the automated status line 0800 5610061, but if you want an immediate response to a fault then you're best calling 0345 4541111 or 150 from a VM phone
