NO RED BUTTON again

Not working AGAIN    press red button and then the info button but nothing shown........      

Trying to talk to a human being at Virgin seems impossible....   Norwich v Reading match   trying on multiple Sky stations

I've just tried on Sky Sports fFootball Hd (503) and all red button games are accessible and working

Thanks......   by the time I got there Sky was showing scottish football on 503......   It still worked though but why on earth do Sky hide the red button option away from the mainstream football stations 501 502.....   AND they don't advertise where you can find it...
