NETFLIX ERROR WHEN CONNECTING THROUGH TIVO BOX

Hi,

Since yesterday I have been unable to access NETFLIX through the TIVO BOX. Switched it on and off several times to no affect. Can access ok through WIFI on the ipad.  Netflix logo appears for about 10secs then message reads 'Your device may not be connected to the internet. Please make sure your connection is working and try again. Code nw-2-5'. Never happened before. Any help will be appreciated.
