Cant access any any apps or on demand, from my tivo box upstairs it says it's not connected to the network but the v6 box downstairs is working fine
Any ideas or should I phone tomorrow?
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the TV issues. From checking the systems, there is a tuner issue on the TV box but also a separate power level issue on the broadband. I'll PM you now as we need a technician.
