N27 error code problem but everything seems to be connected.

Hi, we have had a TiVo box set up for several years but during the last three months we have had a really intermitent service from our TiVo box. A good example happened today, we bought a film via the Virgin Media On Demand service, started watching & then five minutes in got a service temporarily unavailable message. We followed the diagnostic boxes through to eventually get a status of ethernet cable disconnected with a N27 code. We've seen this numerous times before & are frankly at the end of our tether about this service. All our cables are plugged in as they've always been & have been checked by us a great deal during the last few months. We done the TiVo box restart even more times & would really like some solid help with this, cheers, Dawn.
