N27 & C130 Issue

So i can watch cable but TV guide shows 'To be Announced'. When i click on home it says i have a C130 error and when i go to check networks i et a N27 error. Everything else works fine eg Netflix, iPlayer and i can view cable just no info on TV Guide. It also won't link to my mobile app and On Demand on the box comes up with error code V210.

White cable is plugged into the back of the box and i've replaced the Ethernet cable too. WIFI is working absolutely fine

Netflix & iPlayer (and all streaming/OnDemand services) use the same internet connection as your TV guide updates.

Which TV box do you have? If you're not sure, check here 

Try following Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, and select "Connect to Virgin Media services now" - if this fails to resolve, then post back with confirmation of which box you have, and what is shown in this network connection screen.
