Do you have a TiVo box or a V6? The reason being, V6 doesn't have its own internet connection but relies on a WiFi or ethernet connection to your home broadband.
Assuming you're on TiVo, then the fix for C130 and/or N27 errors is generally the same - call Virgin, report it and it'll result in one of two outcomes. Either they reconnect you remotely, or need to arrange an engineer visit.
