N27 Ethernet Cable Cant connect to box.

All of a sudden we could not connect and it says the network cable isnt connected but it is.

Tried calling but phone keeps dying through lack of charge.

Seems like it is easy for Virgin to fix.

Could someone help please?

Do you have a TiVo box or a V6? The reason being, V6 doesn't have its own internet connection but relies on a WiFi or ethernet connection to your home broadband.

Assuming you're on TiVo, then the fix for C130 and/or N27 errors is generally the same - call Virgin, report it and it'll result in one of two outcomes. Either they reconnect you remotely, or need to arrange an engineer visit.
