Can anybody suggest any help... I’m so frustrated with this screen
Welcome to the forums and thanks so much for taking the time to make your first post.
I was sorry to understand that your set top bx is having some issues. If it has been like this for a few days, I would please suggest to reboot (even though the message says not to).
Most likely is that it is stuck with an update, by rebooting you will force the box to try and accept the update again.
If you can try the reboot and let us know how you get on, that would be great.
