I know it is an issue with the TiVo box because I can watch on my laptop phone and at my friends house. I have entered error codes, restarted, rebooted, rewired and rung the helpline. after waiting over half an hour I got cut off without even speaking to a human. I am thinking of cancelling the subscription and getting a smart stick. Cheaper than a new V6 box. will my media hub be powerful enough to stream through a stick?
Welcome to our Community Forum and sorry you're unable to watch Netflix on your TiVo box. Are you experiencing the same issue when watching the Netflix channel 204? Are you able to watch everything else on VOD and live channels okay?
