My Tivo box keeps freezing. I unplug it all, wait 5 minutes, plug it back in and it works OK for a couple of hours then freezes again. How can I stop this?
Call Virgin TV Faults - 150 from a VM landline, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.
Sounds like your box is in need of replacement.
