There is no help to book an engineer via the Virgin Media website. I have tried all checks. Reboots unpluggingetc. I have run a test and it confirms there is a technical issue but no where to book an engineer visit. I have tried calling for 3 weeks now. Have spent hours waiting for Virgin to answer and keep getting cut off after approx 1 hour of waiting. I have logged a call twice and someone was supposed to respond within 24hrs but nothing. I need a replacement box.
Does anyone have any suggestions of where I need to go from here..I am losing the will to live!!
If you're running the test via the 150 menu, and it identifies a fault, it often gives you the immediate (and automated) option of an engineer visit. Or if not, it should put you in the call queue for an agent to arrange the same.
