My TIVO box keeps rebooting

There is no help to book an engineer via the Virgin Media website. I have tried all checks. Reboots unpluggingetc. I have run a test and it confirms there is a technical issue but no where to book an engineer visit.  I have tried calling for 3 weeks now. Have spent hours waiting for Virgin to answer and keep getting cut off after approx 1 hour of waiting.  I have logged a call twice and someone was supposed to respond within 24hrs but nothing. I need a replacement box.

Does anyone have any suggestions of where I need to go from here..I am losing the will to live!!

If you're running the test via the 150 menu, and it identifies a fault, it often gives you the immediate (and automated) option of an engineer visit. Or if not, it should put you in the call queue for an agent to arrange the same.

I have tried organising an engineer but just can’t get through to anyone!!??

I'm really sorry for the issues you're having with your TiVo box and for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual. 

I have tried to check the back end of your account from here but sadly haven't been able to. 

Can I ask if you're still having these issues now or do you still need an engineer visit?

im still having issues with my TIVO box, keeps rebooting every 20 mins.

please could you arrange an engineer ASAP?

Thanks for your message. 

I have booked an engineer for you now, the details of the date and time can be find via your online account. 

 

If the date and time doesn't suit you can re book from there and you'll need to make sure somebody over the age of 18 is in the property at the time. 

Let me know how the visit goes.
