I have all kids channel as part of my package. However, after engineer visited, am missing all nick channels and I already lost Disney channels. I can see the line up, but when selected I get error w02. Why?

You can force your TIVO to search for missing channels using your remote control and pressing
Help & Settings > Help > Virgin TV > go up to the top of the screen then TV Care and press OK > Missing Channels.? > Refresh my channels list
