Missing channels

some of the channels are missing from the upstairs box.It says I need to upgrade but I pay for the package

If the code with the message is W02 then you have a signal issue with the second box that will need fixing.

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post - I am sorry that you're having some issues with one of your boxes having some missing channels.

 

I have located your account and have located the issue; I have sent the relevant signals to your box in order to re-enable those channels for you. When you get this message, please reboot and try the channels again.
