Missing channels

I upgraded 12th Feb to include MTV in my package. I series link a particular show and all was working ok until this week. When I try to watch the latest episode it says I need to subscribe to it. I did - in February?!?!

I’ve tried all the usual things but nothing is working

Can anyone help?

Hi, Have you tried going to HOME > Help and settings > Help.  Then press up and move across to TV Care then 'Missing channels' and follow guidance there.
