This is my first post on the boards, hoping I'm doing this right.
I have been watching The Path using the Virgin TV Ultra HD catch up service on my TiVo box. Everything has been fine, until last week, when S2 Ep11 failed to show up. Episode 7 was removed as expected on it's given date. I waited, hoping that the episode would be uploaded with the following week's new episode, but this has also not been uploaded, so now I'm also missing S2 Ep12. And as usual the next episode, episode 8 was removed on schedule.
I am wondering if I am suddenly not entitled to the rest of this programme as part of my package (I'm on the Full House TV XL package)? According to the TiVo box, it is included. Or, has someone just forgotten to upload them? One is understandable, but 2 episodes is looking like a pattern. I've made a summary below of the issue, and any help offered will be much appreciated. Thank you, so much for confirming that the episodes are in fact missing. I wasn't sure whether it's a problem with my own TiVo box, or whether it was affecting everyone's.
Sadly, in this case, recording isn't an option, as it's only available through my catch up services. Normally, I record as much as possible, as I've been burned by missing, or delayed catch up episodes before (the final episode of Broadchurch series 2, springs to mind. But I believe that was ITV's fault, for not releasing it until the eve of it's final day 🙄)
