My TV package has been upgraded to Maxit and I have the additional channels available on the ‘TV Go’ app, but not on my set top box. It’s been 72 hours now and I’ve rebooted the TiVo box several times. What’s going on?
Did you do this package change by phone or online? If it's online, it can still take a couple of days to be activated and that should be once you've received the confirmation email. Changes by phone are usually immediate.
On your TiVo.. try following Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels.

Thanks for this. I followed the links as you suggest and there was an option to refresh the channel list. It warned that this would take up to 15 minutes. This fixed the issue and I now have all the channels I my package.
