Manage my Tivo

Hi,  I have just received my V6 box and want to transfer series links etc but the "Manage my Tivo" link seems to have been broken yesterday and today. Is this a known problem?

Hi, see this existing thread.

In short, yes there's a problem with the service currently. The online bit works fine and appears to complete, gives the "your request has been added to the TiVo queue, recheck in 30minutes" message, but then nothing happens.

All you can do is to keep trying, and hope it works within the 14day cutoff. Otherwise you can create new SLs now.
