MY TIVO BOX COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING! PLEASE PLEASE HELP!
I'm so disappointed. 4 days with no Tivo Box. Completely stopped working. Does not want to even boot up anymore. I've called Virgin Media and they have no customer service available. Even no email or live chat function. This is shocking!!
I'm paying more than £110 per month with Virgin and they offer no support whatsoever. I've gone through their service status checker and even equipement checker and it currently states that there are no known issues. Clearly there is a big issue here!! My box is completely broken!!
How do i go about getting a new box sent to me or an engineer come to fix my current box? No way of contacting and speaking with anyone and no email service for me to complain.
Someone please help. I've been a Virgin customer for more than 12 years!
