I have lost all the sky HD channels I used get and discovery science, nat geo, nickelodeon etc. I've had these since 2008 and haven't changed my package. Nor do I want to money into Rupert Murdoch's pockets. Do I have to do that or can someone at VM fix this?

What do you mean by losing the channels? Are they greyed out in your guide, or is there an error code when you select them?
If they're greyed out and you're confident they are included in your package, follow Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels
