I have lost a number channels since Virgin changed my account.
getting a code 7400 but app says there is no problem with the box. No amount of resetting helps!!
Not sure what account change you've made, but error-7400 is a box activation issue that can only be resolved by either following https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/7400 ... or by calling the activations line. 0800 9539500 and have your box serial number handy.
