Over the last couple of days ch 5 has been buffering. It now will not show programs shows W02. I have rebooted the box . Can anyone help. phoned Virgin but they cut me off.
Yep. I have done all the links. Still no channel 5.
Check for known area faults first, on 0800 5610061
If nothing's listed, call VM to report your fault. 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.
