Lost all TV channels. Error code S102

As per heading, tonight I have lost all TV channels. On rebooting I get the usual red screen and on choosing *All TV channels* am dumped into a loading screen which freezes at 33% which eventually defaults to an error code screen indicating a S102 fault and requests I phone Virgin Media.

I phoned but due to Corona Virus the offices are closed...

Ant help would be appreciated.

exact same 33% S102 located in Carlisle.

Rang 150 and went for the retentions option, and got answer so they are taking non technical calls, got pushed to another call centre and just on hold...

Check the service status for your area via the link under your username.

You can also try the service status line 0800 561 0061.

Thanks for your reply nodrogd. I have checked service status and received this message:

Customers unable to manage devices on TVGO affecting IOS, Android and Desk Top users. We are sorry about this, our engineers are looking at fixing this as soon as possible.
 

Our engineer is working to fix the problem. (ETA to fix sometime tomorrow).

 

As far as I can see this should not prevent me from receiving any channels whatsoever and like twin--turbo's reply, I am also in the Carlisle (Stanwix) area.

All I can do is phone Virgin Media on 150 @8.00 tomorrow and hope someone can help.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with the Tv services. 

 

I have taken a look on our side and it does look like we may need to make some amendments on our side.

As I said in reply to your PM, it was an area network problem affecting multiple households in the area.
Pity it took 8 days to sort!
