Today we have lost various channels...as is often the case. In OX14.
Pixelated and stutter to the image and sound. Looks like a signal issue and error code W02.
I have rebooted the TiVo box.
I have turned the router off and on again.
I have checked all the white virgin cables that go and to everything.
Diagnostics says Simla strength is 93%
Still the same.
It isn't a cheap TV package that we pay for.
Getting a bit fed up really.
Pixellation is often the sign of signal issues, as is Error W02
Live TV isn't carried over the internet, so rebooting your router will have zero effect on this!
Have you checked for local faults on 0800 5610061?
