Lost Netflix

Have lost access to Netflix overnight. Working fine for months. Error code nw-2-5. "Your device may not be connected to the Internet. Please make sure your connection is working and try again" Have tried unplugging and disconnecting everything several times. Tried accessing from channel 204. Unable to sign out of Netflix. Netflix help unable to resolve the problem.

Hi what box do you have, and if a V6 can you access it from the app on the box, also how is it connected to the hub. Regards Micky

It is a Tivo box and connected by cable.

the tivo box uses the built in modem for its internet over the coax

On further investigation it seems I have lost access to i Player and You Tube also.
