Loss of channels

  • I've lost e4,  e4 hd, gold hd, gold +1, sky sports football hd, and basically every other +1 channel but my service status is showing as fine.
  • How do I fix this? Been like it for over a week now, virgin engineer didnt turn up and no one seems to care. Zero apologise,  zero money off bill. What do I do now?

Have you called Virgin to query the reason why the engineer visit didn't happen, and when they're going to reschedule the appointment for?

As much as it might sound harsh, faults tend to stay faulty unless someone attends to them.
