Losing access to i player and Netflix

When watching I player or netflix we keep losing signal and the programme or film freezes. The green button under the heart on the TiVo box flashes green. We have restarted the WiFi and the TiVo box and checked connections and nothing seems to solve it. The other TiVo box upstairs works fine though

You should follow the advice given by the excellent @japitts in this post On-demand-not-working-on-TiVo-box  to try and get a working network connection on your TIVO.
