I’m trying to pair my logik tv with my TiVo box and it says there’s been a technical glitch (error PR4/2)? I’ve been through the pairing codes with no joy

Do you mean using your Logik TV remote to control your TiVo box?

Where are you getting the error code from?

After it asks what make of tv it is on help from settings. I put in the first two letters and it comes up

The tv remote doesn’t control the TiVo box but because it the Virgin remote won’t completely pair I use it to control the volume

Hi, tried all that but it still won’t pair so I guess there are certain tvs that won’t pair!

Thanks for posting on our community forum!

If trying the above steps have no luck, I'd suggest contacting your TV manufacturer so they can investigate this further as this is a third party equipment issue.
