Live TV Suddenly can't pause Record

I suddenly can't Pause or Record Live TV , it's saying Hard Drive Not Found Error , I've even tried adding a USB to the port in the back nothings working how do I fix it ¿?¿

Hi @BM190 

Generally when you have a hard drive not found error the box needs replacing <©¿©>

VM have discontinued the older Tivo boxes and are now replacing them with a V6 box, providing you also have a broadband subscription with VM
