Your box can reboot "periodically" as a precaution, but this should normally be overnight and once a week at worst.
You can either wait on here for forum staff to pick the post up, this may take a few days. The quickest option will be to call 150/0345 4541111 and follow the option for "I have a fault with my TV service". Call queues are quite large at the moment, but it's almost certainly still the quickest way of getting faults sorted.
